Our customers' satisfaction is our number one priority.

We offer a full refund when the product has not been opened and is unused and a partial refund when the packaging can not be accounted for.

Please note that customers will be responsible for shipping costs.

Any returns must be in the original packaging with proof of purchase.

 

Refunds are provided for items that are incorrect or damaged. If a customer receives an item that is not what they ordered or is damaged, they should contact customer service with photos of the items, and the issue will be resolved.Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. Returns are not accepted for buyer's remorse or for items that are not defective. If a product has a quality issue, a refund or reshipment may be offered without requiring a return.
